Proposed Pre-Extraction Scheme for Land South of Maldon Road and East of Colchester Zoo
The Council received an updated presentation from Tarmac regarding this proposed scheme under Planning Application ESS/34/23/COL
The land is owned by the zoo, but Tarmac have rights to excavate prior to the zoo's expansion scheme
